Facebook plan for social media after death

'Legacy Contact' feature allows a family member or friend to manage your account when you die.

There are so many things to think about upon a loved one’s death or preparing for your own; funeral, children, finances, assets, and their online presence.

Facebook has just launched a new feature ‘Legacy Contact‘ for family or friends to manage your account once you’re gone.  Who is to say this is right or wrong, but one has to admit social media is changing the way we live our day to day lives so it is inevitable that it will change the way we grieve and celebrate a loved one.
